Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top-quality talent.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Support HR initiatives and contribute to a positive employer brand.
• Collaborate with multicultural teams across the organization.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience.
• GCC recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Currently based in Qatar with a valid RP/work visa.
• Experience recruiting for IT, construction, engineering, or staffing industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
