Position Objective:
Manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Source candidates through college visits, career fairs, networking events, and social media.
Ensure smooth onboarding and support day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment for assigned brands: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
Conduct background checks and coordinate visa documentation.
Build relationships with brand management to understand staffing needs.
Implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to maintain a diverse talent pipeline.
Liaise with recruitment consultants and colleges for bulk hiring and internships.
Assist HR Head with senior-level recruitment.
Coordinate travel, IT equipment, and onboarding for new hires.
Address employee issues and provide weekly recruitment updates to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and multiple priorities.
Age: 35 years old and below
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
