HR Recruiter

Job Description:

We’re hiring a passionate HR Recruiter (0–6 months experience) to join our IT recruitment team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end hiring for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for IT roles
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience

Requirements:

• 0–6 months of HR/recruitment experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with job portals and LinkedIn
• Interest in IT/technical hiring

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
