HR Recruiter

1 Job Description: Recruiter (Female Candidate Preferred)

Company: Finsen Ritter Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India

Experience: 1–3 years

1.1 Key Responsibilities:

· Understand manpower requirements from various departments and develop hiring strategies.

· Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.

· Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.

· Coordinate interviews and act as a point of contact between candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers for efficient hiring.

· Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates with proper documentation.

· Deliver a positive candidate experience and promote employer branding.

1.2 Qualifications:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in engineering/EPC/manufacturing industry).

· Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

· Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of HR operations and policies will be an added advantage.

1.3 Additional Requirements:

· Female candidate preferred.

· Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight timelines.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful in problem-solving.

· Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external candidates.
