Bronx, NY – Hybrid | Full-Time | $50,000–$60,000

Catholic Guardian Services (CGS), one of NYC’s largest human services nonprofits, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) HR Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent.

In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and partnering with program leaders to meet staffing needs. You’ll also represent CGS at hiring events and job fairs, playing a key role in bringing compassionate, mission-driven professionals to our team.

What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

1–2 years of recruiting experience (nonprofit or social services a plus)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Bilingual in Spanish (required)
