HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references to identify potential candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote employer branding.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
