Key Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter :
- Requirements: 1. End-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments. 2. Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and consultancy/agency partners. 3. Screen and shortlist resumes as per role requirements. 4. Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates’ suitability. 5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. 6. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and consultancy partners. 8. Ensure timely closures of positions and adherence to hiring timelines.
- Eligibility Criteria - 1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment (consultancy/agency or corporate). 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Good understanding of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). 5. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. 6.
