HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Understand hiring requirements for IT and Non-IT roles across departments.
  • Source suitable candidates through various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical/managerial interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure timely closures of open positions as per defined targets and SLAs.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Follow up with candidates post-interview and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on hiring status and challenges to HR leadership.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in working with staffing agencies or consulting firms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and data-driven recruitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
