We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support our hiring across diverse roles—blue-collar, white-collar, and management—to fuel our growth and operational excellence.

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage recruitment for blue-collar roles like Butchers and Packers, white-collar roles such as Customer Service Associates (CSA), Assistant Store Managers (ASM), Store Managers (SM), and other management positions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent that aligns with TenderCuts’ mission, culture, and long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment:

• Drive the complete recruitment process for blue-collar, white-collar, and management roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, community networks, and walk-in interviews.

2. Blue-Collar Recruitment:

• Source and recruit candidates for roles such as Butchers and Packers in high-volume environments.
• Screen candidates for relevant skills and experience, conduct assessments, and coordinate onboarding.
• Build relationships with training institutes, labor contractors, and local communities to ensure steady talent availability.

3. White-Collar Recruitment:

• Manage hiring for roles including Customer Service Associates (CSA), Assistant Store Managers (ASM), and Store Managers (SM).
• Ensure alignment between candidates’ skills and business requirements through structured interviews and assessments.
• Support hiring managers with offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding processes.

4. Management Hiring:

• Recruit for senior and mid-level management roles across operations and support functions.
• Engage with industry networks, executive search partners, and other sourcing channels to attract high-caliber leadership talent.

5. Employer Branding & Outreach:

• Represent TenderCuts at job fairs, walk-in recruitment drives, and industry events.
• Build strong employer branding by promoting our culture, growth opportunities, and career pathways.

6. Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure recruitment practices adhere to company policies, legal standards, and best practices.
• Track recruitment metrics, create reports, and present hiring forecasts to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Human Resources and Business Administration.
• 1–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling high-volume blue-collar hiring as well as white-collar and management positions.
• Strong sourcing strategies across platforms and networks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced recruitment requirements.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and reporting.
• A problem-solving mindset, energy, and team-oriented attitude.
