Position: HR Executive / Recruiter
Location: Marol, Andheri East

Job Description

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates
• Maintain and update candidate database, track recruitment progress, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and compliance formalities
• Support overall HR operations and additional activities as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (preference given to HR specialization)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Prior experience in recruitment consultancy will be considered an advantage

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
