An HR Recruiter manages the end-to-end hiring process by collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection and offer process. Key responsibilities include writing compelling job descriptions, posting them across various platforms, utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS), coordinating interviews, conducting background checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:Sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job openings within an organization.
  • Collaboration:Partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing:Writing compelling job descriptions and posting them on job boards, social media, and career sites.
  • Candidate Screening:Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video interviews, and assessing candidates for skills and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination:Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
  • ATS Management:Maintaining an organized Applicant Tracking System to manage candidate records and the recruitment pipeline.
  • Offer & Negotiation:Communicating offers, managing negotiations, and ensuring necessary approvals from management.
  • Onboarding:Ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new hires, including collecting and verifying paperwork.
  • Metrics & Reporting:Tracking and analyzing hiring metrics (like time-to-fill) to improve recruitment strategies and provide reports to management.
  • Employer Branding:Enhancing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools like ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and database management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and effectively manage interactions.
  • Organization: Excellent ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Familiarity with employer branding strategies and a drive to adapt to new technologies and business environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
