HR Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Kochi. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers / clients, and managing the onboarding process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing recruiting strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in developing recruiting strategies and maintaining candidate databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage the onboarding process and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi is mandatory & any additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent networking skills to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Strong ability to deal with outsourcing agencies and external vendors
  • Knowledge of facility management recruitment processes
