HR RECRUITER

Job Title : HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across departments
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings

Qualification : Any UG / PG

Experience : 2 years to 5 Years (Relevant experience in Recruitment)

Preferred : Female Candidates Only

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : As per market standards
