Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates using various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person) and coordinate technical interviews.
  • Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and panel members.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
  • Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
  • Coordinate onboarding of selected candidates and assist with joining formalities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
