Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The goal is to ensure our company hires qualified talent that aligns with our culture and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Use databases, social media, and networking to actively source candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports, trackers, and databases.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with onboarding new hires.
• Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or consultancy).
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT / Technical recruitment (if applicable).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Good understanding of employer branding strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
