Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive candidate sourcing through various recruitment channels, including job boards and social media platforms, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Review and meticulously screen resumes and applications to identify highly qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions, HR-related documents, and other required documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, facilitating all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
Qualifications:
- 8 months - 1 year of relevant experience in Recruitment.
- Holds a bachelors or masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills & the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
