HR Recruiter

We're Hiring: HR Recruiter (Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year)

Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: On-site/ Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday – Fixed Off
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing:

Sourcing resumes from multiple job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna etc.).
Conducting initial telephonic screenings to assess fit.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates & hiring managers.
Following up with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers.

What we’re looking for:

6 months to 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience.
Prior exposure to IT Sales Recruitment is a big plus.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong multitasker.
