Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit top talent for roles in design, marketing, sales, and operations, using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored job descriptions.
- Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate fit for our creative media culture, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selections.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles, focusing on diverse candidates in media and design fields.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and suggest improvements to optimize processes.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, such as updating employee records and supporting compliance with labor laws.
- Promote our employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor to attract passive candidates.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a startup or media/creative industry.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Workable or BambooHR, and job portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage creative professionals.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, diversity hiring practices, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with media-specific roles (e.g., designers, content creators) is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
