Hiring HR Recruiter for a leading Recruitment Company

Roles and responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing candidates from different channels like job portals and social media platforms according to the client's requirements

2. Screening the candidates and shortlisting the right suitable candidates

3. Scheduling the interviews with the clients and make the selected candidates join on time

4. Taking care of end to end Recruitment activities

5. Achieving the daily, weekly and monthly joining targets

Full Time: 5000k per month+ Performance based incentives

First 3 month you will get 4000+ performance bonus incentives

5 days working and 2 fixed week off
