Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives, Telemarketing Executives, and related roles.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds with concerned managers.
  • Coordinate and follow up with candidates through the selection process till joining.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure joining formalities and smooth onboarding for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in recruiting for sales and telemarketing roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
  • Strong networking and sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and onboarding process.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales/telemarketing domain.
  • Languages - English, Hindi & Kannada

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
