Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for Sales Executives, Telemarketing Executives, and related roles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds with concerned managers.
- Coordinate and follow up with candidates through the selection process till joining.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and MIS reports.
- Ensure joining formalities and smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in recruiting for sales and telemarketing roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
- Strong networking and sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and onboarding process.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales/telemarketing domain.
- Languages - English, Hindi & Kannada

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
