HR Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven HR Recruiter who will focus exclusively on end-to-end recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and candidate databases.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in hardcore recruitment (minimum 1–3 years).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools/portals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
