- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
- Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and colleges for bulk or specialized hiring.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations in recruitment.
- Prepare recruitment reports and submit them to HR Manager/Management.
