Job responsibilities of an HR Recruiter in points:

  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments and hiring managers.
  • Create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with selected candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, consultants, and colleges for bulk or specialized hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations in recruitment.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and submit them to HR Manager/Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
