HR Recruiter

• Screen resumes and leads to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates.
• Prepare interview reports with recommendations for hiring managers.
• Prepare and submit required recruitment reports to HR leadership.
• Develop and implement a positive candidate experience strategy.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide timely feedback to all applicants, even those not selected for an interview.
• Manage and respond to candidate inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
