HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update the recruitment database
• Assist in onboarding new employees
• Maintain compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and HR software is a plus

Pay: ₹9,523.08 - ₹30,339.10 per month
