HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bulk recruitment for roles such as Delivery Executives, Telecallers, Pickers/Packers, Sales Executives, Drivers, etc.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports on hiring status and pipeline.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network for volume hiring.
• Coordinate with HR team and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.55 - ₹33,465.83 per month
