About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Chennai and Tiruppur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, end-to-end recruitment, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking strategies
• Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Handle offer negotiations and joining formalities

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR recruitment
• Strong knowledge of interview techniques, assessment tools, and hiring metrics
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently
• Fluency in English and Tamil preferred
