Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with department heads to define hiring criteria.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage incoming applications.
• Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality applicants.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and assist in onboarding formalities and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT/non-IT/BPO Hirings/US Market Hirings preferred) .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
• A proactive approach with a passion for building strong teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
