Job Description:

We are seeking an HR professional with minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience to handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to manage HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage attendance, payroll, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
• Support management in performance appraisals and training programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation (BBA/BA/B.Com or equivalent, MBA in HR preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience in corporate with a strong focus on IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates from Navi Mumbai and surrounding are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
