HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Search candidates from job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and take initial interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers.
• Maintain candidate data and daily recruitment reports.
• Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Build a pipeline of good candidates for future needs.
• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates.

Requirements:

• Experience or knowledge in recruitment.
• Good communication and people-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions at once.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, job portals).
