Key Responsibilities of an HR Recruiter :

  • Requirements:
  • 1. End-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
  • 2. Source and attract candidates using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and consultancy/agency partners.
  • 3. Screen and shortlist resumes as per role requirements.
  • 4. Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • 5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • 6. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  • 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and consultancy partners.
  • 8. Ensure timely closures of positions and adherence to hiring timelines.
  • Eligibility Criteria -
  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2. 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment (consultancy/agency or corporate).
  • 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 4. Good understanding of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • 5. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
  • 6. Proactive and target-oriented mindset.
