Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Attraction: Identify and attract potential candidates for job openings by writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms, including online job boards & professional networks.
- Screening and Selection: Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening calls or interviews, and assess candidates' skills, knowledge, and experience to determine their suitability for the role and the company culture.
- Interview Process Management: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities, from candidate screening to hiring practices, comply with employment laws and regulations.

- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
- Interviewing Techniques: Proficiency in various interviewing and applicant screening methods is necessary to effectively assess candidates.
