Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher)

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. As a fresher, you will be trained to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source candidates, and support hiring managers in building strong teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Communicate professionally with candidates and ensure a positive experience
• Learn and apply recruitment best practices and HR policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and ATS tools

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
