HR Recruiter

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
• Create and post job ads on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, career pages)
• Source and screen candidates through resumes, applications, and interviews
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with hiring teams
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications
• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and employer branding initiatives
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
