Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles – sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates using job portals (Indeed, Naukri etc.), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication.
  • Generate recruitment reports and hiring status updates for internal teams.
  • Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of IT job roles and technology stacks (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
