Job Title: HR Recruiter
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for IT roles – sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using job portals (Indeed, Naukri etc.), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely communication.
- Generate recruitment reports and hiring status updates for internal teams.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT job roles and technology stacks (Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
