HR Recruiter

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding. • Lead bulk/mass hiring drives for field sales executives referred as Financial Counselors to fulfill urgent and large-scale talent requirements. • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver qualified candidates on time. • Build a strong talent pipeline using job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing methods. • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards. • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Pay: ₹66,000.00 per month
