HR Recruiter

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed)
• Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively
• High level of professionalism and discretion
