Position: Recruiter cum HR Executive
Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 2–5 years (Recruitment + HR Generalist role)

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter cum HR Executive to join our team at Belapur. The role combines talent acquisition and HR generalist responsibilities, ensuring smooth recruitment processes as well as effective people management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
• Handle offer letters, negotiation, and joining formalities.

HR Operations

• Employee onboarding, induction, and maintaining personnel records.
• Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Drafting HR policies, letters, and compliance documentation.
• Supporting appraisal cycles and performance management processes.
• Organizing employee engagement initiatives and handling queries.
• Ensuring HR policies are followed in line with labor laws.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in recruitment & HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing platforms (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
