About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll play a key role in our recruiting efforts in Egypt, working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent. Your mission: find the brightest talent across our Non-Tech divisions (eg: Risk, Collections, Compliance, Marketing, etc.). You’ll work on developing tailored sourcing strategies, engage with candidates, and ensure we build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in Egypt.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (eg: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple roles effectively. You’re organized and great at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills. You can craft compelling outreach messages and keep candidates engaged
- Team player attitude, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for people.
- Fluent communication in English is a must!
- Experience analyzing recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies is a plus!
