About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and supporting HR functions to help build a strong workforce for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role specifications.
• Posting job openings on portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment database and generate reports as required.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Support HR initiatives and contribute to employer branding activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years and maximum 4 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with HR software and ATS is a plus.
