Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Kudlu gate, Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10 AM – 6:00PM

Experience - 6 month to 1 year

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Draft and post job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (portals, referrals, networking).
• Review resumes and applications.
• Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job fit
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
