We are seeking a seasoned HR Recruiter to join our growing organization and lead the charge in acquiring exceptional talent. In this strategic role, you will partner with hiring managers across departments to identify, attract, and hire top performers who will propel our company forward

A Day in your life

• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and understand specific needs for senior-level positions and those requiring niche skill sets.
• Implement innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond traditional job boards, utilizing professional networks, social media platforms, industry events, and recruitment agencies to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Leverage your deep understanding of the industry to identify qualified candidates with the most relevant skills and experience for our company's needs.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings, including phone interviews, behavioral assessments, and reference checks.
• Present top candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
• Negotiate competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression.
• Mentor and train junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing recruitment team.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

Skills in the spotlight

• 2 to 4 years of experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Proven work experience as recruiter or similar role
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
