Job Description – HR Recruiter
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment and HR activities at our centre. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The recruiter will also support employee engagement and maintain HR records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment and HR operations preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Ability to multitask, handle interviews, and build good rapport with candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
