Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, and other platformsScreen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fitSchedule interviews, prepare interview questions and agendas, and facilitate interview discussionsManage candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experienceProvide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practicesNegotiate employment offers and coordinate onboarding processesStay informed of recruiting trends and best practices in the industryMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
