About the Role

We are seeking fresh graduates or early career professionals who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The selected candidates will undergo structured training in:

• Job portal management (Naukri.com and others)
• Understanding client requirements and job descriptions
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• End-to-end recruitment process
