Position: HR Recruiter (Male/Female candidates can apply)

We’re looking for an energetic and resourceful HR Recruiter to join our team at Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Post and manage job listings across job portals, social media, and internal platforms
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Conduct initial HR screenings and assess candidate fit for roles
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
• Assist in onboarding and ensuring a smooth joining experience for new hires

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (Freshers with HR knowledge can apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented

• Schedule: UK shift
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 per month + performance-based incentives
