Opening for HR – Recruiter Required for a Manufacturing Industry

Job Description:

Ø Reviewing resumes and applications on different sourcing portals.

Ø Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job positions.

Ø Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process, whether in person or on call.

Ø Performing background checks along with reference checks.

Ø Helping company managers by making numerous recommendations.

Ø Conducting assessments of the candidates on behalf of the company.

Ø Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

Qualification:

Ø Educational qualification – Any Bachelor Degree/MBA (HR Specialisation)

Ø Minimum 1-3years’ experience in Recruitment (Non IT)

Ø Candidates preferred with Manufacturing work experience.

Job Location: Nelamangala, Doddaballapur Road, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 18,000 to 21,000/- Per month
