Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of qualified professionals to meet the hospital’s manpower requirements. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding employees while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and create effective hiring plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, consultants, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with department heads for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer release.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure smooth pre-joining and onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
• Build strong employer branding by promoting Tieten Medicity as a preferred workplace.
• Collaborate with HR team on manpower planning, campus hiring, and trainee programs.
• Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks in the healthcare sector.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) as a Recruiter; hospital/healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements with speed and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,009.09 - ₹25,210.76 per month
