Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Bulk Hiring or BPO Recruitment
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for voice, non-voice, and blended BPO roles
• Manage high-volume hiring with quick turnaround times
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct telephonic screenings and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with clients and candidates for feedback and onboarding
• Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and joining reports

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment or bulk hiring
• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly hiring targets
• Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection
• Self-driven, organized, and deadline-focused
