- Talent Acquisition & Management: Overseeing the hiring process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to managing new employee onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee grievances, handling disciplinary actions, and managing conflict to ensure a fair and positive workplace.
- Performance Management: Designing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and facilitating development plans.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administering employee benefits, overseeing payroll processing, and ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies, and updating or creating new policies as needed.
- Employee Engagement: Planning and coordinating activities to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a productive workplace culture.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed employee records and generating necessary HR reports.
- HR Strategy: Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
