Job Role: Recruitment Specialist / HR Executive

Responsibilities:

• Identify, attract, and hire top talent by managing the full recruitment process.
• Develop clear and effective job descriptions.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet workforce needs efficiently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of recruitment experience (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively
